Covering Bollywood and the Hindi Cinema

Arshad Warsi much to the surprise of the industry is keeping away from the Goal promotions. Many believe this is largely due to his friction with John Abraham and the director, however Warsi disagrees.

“I had taken ten days off from work to promote   Goal   , but I fell ill with a serious allergy attack and I am still recovering. Thank god John and Bipasha are there to do the needful."

He further informed us that he doesn't have any problem with Vivek. When we contacted director Vivek Agnihotri he denied any problem between Arshad and himself. "Arshad was present with his wife Maria for the screening. He unfortunately had an allergy attack and wasn't available for interviews as he was recuperating at home. His face is swollen and in no state to give interviews. That might have caused people to think that Arshad is miffed and not promoting the movie."
