It is official, Eklavya, The Royal Guard, will be India’s entry to the Oscars inspite all the recent controversies surrounding it. The Film Federation of India filed an affidavit before the Bombay High Court, saying they have committed to the movie and cannot change their decision.


The HC had earlier made it clear that there was prima facie merit in the petition and thus any benefit or consequence the movie receives at the Oscars would be subject to court orders.
