Bollywood starlet Monica Bedi whose claim to fame is being the paramour of Dawood Ibrahim, the mafia leader/ terrorist has been released on bail from a Hyderabad prison, said she is under "no threat" from the underworld and is contemplating a second innings in Bollywood.

She is now in Punjab living with her family:
"I am absolutely safe and there is no threat from the underworld. Media has made it look big by putting masala. It's simple passport case. I need your blessing and I want to continue my film work," she said.

Looks like the actress has also suddenly re-discovered her family and plans to be the perfect daughter!

"I will plan my schedule with the consent of my father. My next step will be taken with my family's permission".
