Allahabad High Court on Tuesday in order to maintain a status quo has refused Amitabh Bachchan’s request to donate the land he was allotted in Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh. This land was given to Bachchan by the previous Samajwadi Party regime however only farmers could have been allotted the land and we all know that Big B is not a farmer! The court had ordered a status quo and it applied to both the parties and has posted the matter for further hearing on August 16.
