I know actors are suppose to be creative but can anyone please tell them to come up with better excuses when they are embroiled in land controversies! First it was Mr. Bachchan and now its none other than Aamir Khan!
The actor is currently facing a probe for purchasing farmland and when asked
Maharashtra Revenue Minister Narayan Rane about it, the minister told reporters that the district collector “will probe into the matter” though he said he did not have any “specific information” if the actor had violated rules.
So what is Aamir’s excuse? Well the actor claimed that he was a “Farmer” first and then an actor! Just when I thought I had heard and seen everything, the universe surprises me again!
“I have done no forgery. I should be pulled up if there are any irregularities and I would be happy if the authorities check my papers,” Aamir told CNN-IBN. “I am a farmer by birth, my father was an agriculturist, my grandfather was an agriculturist,” said the actor.
