UTV is really at the top of its game and the company has no qualms making footholds in Hollywood! After tying up Fox and Will Smith, UTV will now co-produce with Manoj Night Shyamalan's next film THE HAPPENING!  The Happening goes on floors in August 2007 and will have a $57 million budget and is about a natural calamity that threatens to wipe out humanity.

“I really want to become more involved with India both in a philanthropic way as well as career wise,” says Shymalan.
