Shilpa Shetty may just butt head once again with Jade Goody, however this time for a good cause. Both celebrities (?) will run in the next month's London Marathon. Shilpa will join the ladies team from London called Pimlico Plumbers and hopes to raise money for the Indian charitable body Water Aid. Jade Goody may make an appearance too!

”I'm excited but also nervous. I keep fit with dancing and working out but this is a big test. The Pimlico girls have been helping me with training,” she was heard saying.
