Says Nikhil: “Yes I’ve been sounded out. Boney and I have had preliminary
meetings. It would be an honour to continue the ‘Mr India’ story. I can’t see myself being anywhere near Shekhar. And yes, I can’t see a ‘Mr India’ sequel without Anil Kapoor and Sridevi.”Will Sridevi make a comeback in “Mr. India Part 2″? Boney isn’t averse to the idea.
“It’s a good possibility. I feel Sri is looking her best and ready for a vehicle. But it has to be vehicle worthy of her, and ‘Mr India’ is certainly something she would be proud to do,” Boney told IANS.
Ever since his “No Entry” turned into a surprise money-spinner for producer Boney, he has been lying surprisingly low.
Boney enjoys the joke.
“Isn’t that ironical? When my films weren’t doing well I was releasing films almost every other month. Now, when I’ve a solid hit I’ve chosen to withdraw and gather together my thoughts, make sure that my finances and creative departments are fully operational before launching into the next.”
