Eklavya may have failed to impress the desis but that has not deterred Vidhu Vinod Chopra to showcase the movie abroad. Apparently the movie impressed the audience at a special screening on Saturday, 24th March at UCLA. Sponsored by the Billy Wilder theater by UCLA and MCorpGloba, the movie won rave reviews.

Lionel Wigram, producer of the HARRY POTTER films, said “He had seen nothing like this.” Jeffrey Silver, producer of 300, found it to be “a thriller that elevates to the level of art."
