Rakhi Sawant ruffled a few feathers when she landed up at the Arthur Road Jail on Wednesday 2 hours late! The starlet was suppose to distribute some computers to the jail inmates however she was allowed to enter the premises as she didn't keep her appointment.

DIG (Jails) S P Yadav said, "Today was a working day and the jail authorities were busy transporting the inmates and managing visitors. Since the organizers had invited many people and the media, it was not possible to manage security related issues. Hence we requested them to postpone the programme. It has nothing to do with Rakhi Sawant's presence or her security."
