Shilpa Shetty's chief tormentor Jade Goody was in India recently. She may have been on the road to redemption, however the actress maintained a tight-lip (which is something new for her!) through out her visit.

When approached, Goody maintained a stoic silence on what has brought her to India. "I am on a private visit, so I cannot reveal the purpose of my visit," she said.

"I love Indian food," Goody, who was clad in a printed green shirt and trousers, was quoted by agencies as saying.

"She has instructed us not to divulge her travel plans to the media," a spokesperson of the hotel was quoted by PTI as saying.
