Generally I am wary of "comeback films" (case in point Kajol's Fanaa) however when Madhuri Dixit is doing a film, then you make an exception!  We all know that MD is doing Yash Chopra's Aaja Naachley, with cinematographer turned director Anil Mehta. However no one knew who the Chopras would cast as the main lead. Well the guessing game is over and lucky dude is none other than the talented Akshaye Khanna who has already done a film with MD in a forgettable film called Mohabbat

A source discloses, “Yes, Akshaye Khanna has been approached and he has agreed to do Anil Mehta’s film.” This will be the first time that Akshaye Khanna will be acting in a Yashraj Film. “Anil and Aditya were keen on signing someone with a lot of intensity. Basically, they wanted someone who can stand his ground before Madhuri Dixit,”

"Madhuri is happy about the fact that she will be working with Akshaye. In fact, she really liked his performance in Dil Chahta Hai. They have worked together earlier once, in a film called Mohabbat.
