Poor Farah Khan is sick of the rumors that her next venture is a remake of the 70's classic Karz:

I am tired of shouting over the rooftops that my film Om Shanti Om is not a remake of Karz”,

he film starring Farah’s good friend Shah Rukh Khan in the lead is all set to go on floors on January 7. “Shah Rukh essays the title role of Om in the film.”

“The movie will have the film industry in the background but it is definitely not a remake of the Rishi Kapoor starrer.”

On The Remake Trend:
"Unless and until I am exhausted mentally and intellectually I will not remake a film. I have stories to tell and I want to do just that.”
