Covering Bollywood and the Hindi Cinema

Looks like another travesty of justice is about happen which highlights the fallacy of the Indian Judicial System! Like many high-profile  cases, a key witness in the hit-and-run case involving actor Salman Khan has retracted his testimony and been declared hostile.

The man in question is Mohammed Muslim Niyat Shaikh, who was injured when the actor allegedly rammed his car into a bakery on September 28, 2002. One person was killed and four injured , however now Mohammed claims that he didn't see the man behind the wheels. Why doesn't that surprise anybody!
