The movie in question is Forever directed by some one called Roger Mende and it is a movie "about a woman who dies while giving birth to her daughter, and the mother’s soul takes on the soul of the daughter. Forever” is written by Roger Mende and Camille Solari and should start filming in early November" according to Indiantimes! Shilpa plays the protagonist Amrita Ledew. Another one bites the dust!
