Breaking News!
The verdict is out and Sanjay Dutt has been found "Guilty" in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case. However has been found guilty under under the Arms Act and not TADA, meaning that he has not been declared a "terrorist".
Sanjay Dutt was embroiled in this controversy when he admitted receiving AK-47s
from Underworld Don Abu Salem for protection. However these guns were meant to be used in the Blasts according to the Mumbai Police. The news has sent shockwaves in the Film Industry and looks like Sanjay would seek bail. If bail is not granted he could serve up to 3 years of sentence which is tantamount to what he has already served. Thus all in all Sanjay Dutt will not go to prison as he already has served a maximum sentence of 3 years.
