“I’m a child at heart and that is why I land in trouble often. Like a kid, I just follow my instincts. However, I miss the liberty of hugging and crying as compared to earlier days.”
The actor was in the capital with his parents, visiting the Hazrat Nizamuddin dargah and meeting children at the Children’s Film Society of India’s ongoing film festival.
He told the star-struck young ones: “I was a very naughty kid and would often get slapped by my mother, punched by my father and punished by my teachers.”
He also revealed that he failed in class IX and wanted to become a chef once. “I was always fascinated by various careers.” However, Salman refuses to grow up. He considers himself at par with his nephews and niece Arhan, Rehan and Alya.
“All four of us are spoilt by my parents.” That also explains his status as a loner though he is older than his brothers Arbaaz and
Sohail, both of whom are married. So, is marriage on his mind?“I’m planning to marry very soon. I’m just waiting for Arhan to get married,” he winks. Arhaan is Malaika-Arbaaz’s four-year-old son. He adds profoundly, “I’m yet to find my first true girlfriend.”
