Contrary to popular belief Sonu Nigam hasn’t quit singing! The actor recently clarified his decision and said that music will always be a part of his life. He wants to concentrate on other aspects of his life and now wants to choose and sing.  When asked about his decision Nigam was heard saying:

“Instead of doing 50 songs a month, I'll do 5 a year. I believe in creativity and quality work. I don't believe in mediocrity. Besides I want to pursue a lot of other things in life. I've acquired lots of money and fame. Now I want to read books, travel, I want to do farming and learn lots of classical music,"
