Covering Bollywood and the Hindi Cinema

Oh yes its safe to say now, that Bollywood has entered the era of sequels! Not sure if that’s a good thing or bad! Looks like director Vishal Bharadwaj is letting go off his Shakespeare obsession (well for a while) and is all set to make a sequel the children’s film Makdee. While the Hindi remake of Julius Caesar is very much in the pipeline (whew!),      Makdee 2 will go on the floors first. In fact Bharadwaj has also adapted a story by Ruskin Bond and the film is titled BLUE UMBRELLA. This children film will star Pankaj Kapur and child actress Shreya. Kudos to Bharadwaj for being so versatile!
