The model fraternity may scream blasphemy on Bollywood actors walking the ramp but alas this trend is here to say. Maybe this is due to the close affinity designers and Bollywood stars share, especially the Mumbai designers! Or the fact that Bollywood just plain sells! While Rani, Preity, Dia are all frequent ramp walkers, one was surprised to see yesteryears superstars Hema Malini and Mumtaz walk the ramp for a recent fashion show held in Bombay. Nice to see that the actresses haven’t lost their panache!
