Madhur Bhandarkar movies are either hated or loved. Barring his Chandni Bar, I find all his attempts pretty pretentious. However there is no denying that both Page 3 and Corporate have garnered critical and audience support. After Page 3 and Corporate, Traffic Signal completes the trilogy (of sleaze). Here is what he had to say about his next film Traffic Signal which stars Kunal Kehmu:
"The film will showcase the underbelly of Mumbai. It's about the life of people we see at the traffic signals; the eunuchs, beggars, drug peddlers, newspaper vendors, hawkers, etc. There are 60 characters in the film and it also has 8 to 10 real life eunuchs and urchins. They've done an amazing job, better than some of the seasoned actors that we have. They were completely raw, there was no workshop but yet they performed very well. Kunal Khemu plays the main lead in this film" he signs off.
