If you are a lover of good cinema , then you must attend the Annual Osian Film Festival  which is happening in New-Delhi right now. This festival is a great place to see a wide amalgamation of movies which have made their way from all over the world including . Neville Tuli a well known name in New Delhi is the man behind the festival. The festival this time is charging for the ticket , however 20 rupees is quite a nominal amount to pay, don’t you think? The festival will also be graced by well known luminaries like Peggy Chiao, Jean-Claude Carriere, Mark Damon, Stanley Kwan, Xie Fei, Tu Duu Chih, Tony Rayns, Khairy Beshara, Adoor Gopalakrishnan and Naseeruddin Shah.
